Order Processing

All orders are handmade or custom-prepared with care.
• Processing time is typically 3–7 business days.
• During holidays or high-volume periods, processing may take slightly longer.
• You will receive an email confirmation once your order is placed and another when it ships.

Shipping Policy

We currently ship within the United States.
• Orders are shipped via USPS, UPS, or FedEx depending on the package size and destination.
• Standard shipping times are typically 3–7 business days after processing.
• Shipping rates are calculated at checkout.
• BtessX Designs is not responsible for delivery delays caused by the carrier, weather, or incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

If your package shows as delivered but you cannot locate it, please contact the shipping carrier directly.

Returns & Exchanges

Because many of our items are custom-made or personalized, all sales are final.

However, we want you to be happy with your purchase. If there is an issue with your order, please reach out within 7 days of delivery.

We accept returns or exchanges only for the following:
• Defective or damaged items upon arrival
• Incorrect item received
• Incorrect sizing due to an error on our end

Items must be:
• Unused, unworn, and in original condition
• Returned in original packaging (if possible)

Order Changes & Cancellations

Because we begin preparing orders quickly, cancellations or changes can only be made within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, we cannot modify or cancel the order.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us within 7 days with:
• Your order number
• A description of the issue
• Clear photos of the item and packaging

We will repair, replace, or refund the item depending on the situation.

Custom & Personalized Items

All custom and personalized products are non-refundable unless there is an error made by BtessX Designs. Please double-check names, sizes, colors, and details before submitting your order.

Jewelry Care Disclaimer

Our jewelry pieces are carefully crafted, but they should be handled gently:
• Avoid water exposure, lotions, perfumes, and chemicals
• Store pieces in a dry place to prevent tarnishing
• Natural wear and tear over time is normal and not considered a defect

Privacy Policy

Your privacy is important to us.
• We do not sell, trade, or share your personal information.
• Information collected at checkout—such as your name, address, and payment details—is used solely to process and deliver your order.
• Payments are securely processed through Shopify’s protected system.
